Hi, I’m Lucy! I created Trash Daddy’s to provide a space for women to be seen, heard, understood and guided into healing and building authentic belief systems that work for each of them.

Through nearly a decade of personal growth I’ve navigated profound challenges - from rebuilding my belief system and overcoming a toxic past to starting my own business while raising my daughter, and lots in between. These experience have equipped me with unique insights and empathy, allowing me to guide others through pain, growth and visible success.

This work is meant for those who are willing to face their deepest emotions: anger, confusion, fear, and hope for a brighter path. Wether it’s setting healthy boundaries, navigating the complexities of relationships, or finding hope after loss, the safe space sessions I offer are crafted carefully with the delicacy of these challenges in mind. I believe our darkest trials are meant to help others going through the same challenges but you don't have to go through it alone and you don’t have to go through it without the tools to keep moving forward.

I am here to see you and work along side you, providing the tools you need. Healing is a journey, and while 90 minutes is just a start, how much we accomplish together depends on your commitment to moving forward. I promise to always be kind, supportive and fun, though I will also be tough and direct when needed. Healing can be hard but I believe in you completely, and I can’t wait to meet you.
